Our bottles are beautifully designed with exceptional quality, and can be used for all your hydration needs. We love using it for everything from ice water and refreshing green juice to our morning coffee on the go. Thanks to our 5-layer insulation, which includes a copper layer, Loch products are able to keep any liquid cold (up to 36 hours) and hot (up to 18 hours), while maintaining a condensation-free exterior so you’ll never have to worry about it sweating in your bag or leaving water rings on your desk.
Though technically dishwasher safe, for the longest term product satisfaction, especially with our premium powder coat finish, we recommend hand washing your LOCH bottle in hot, soapy water with a long- handled soft bristle brush. Extremely high water temperatures and the rigorous environment of a dishwasher will deteriorate these finishes over time. All LOCH lids are easily hand washed and are also top rack dishwasher safe.
No. Freezing temperatures can damage the insulation properties of your insulated LOCH bottle (and if sealed, the vacuum insulation will prevent the inside from becoming cold anyway). To enjoy icy drinks in your insulated LOCH bottle, simply fill with ice and your set to go.
No. All LOCH bottles are made of stainless steel and are not safe to put in the microwave.
Your Loch Bottle will certainly help maintain freshness throughout the day, but it is not intended for long-term liquid storage. Alcohol, some juices, and dairy-based beverages can spoil and may cause excessive pressure build up in your bottle, which can lead to lid failure and health risks. Putting your Loch bottle in the fridge may damage the vacuum seal that helps it maintain ideal temperatures.
Your Loch Bottle is airport security friendly, as long as you remember to empty it first. Your Loch bottle will be your favourite travel companion and thanks to the stylish shoulder strap it couldn’t be more convenient to stay hydrated on the go.
No. Thanks to Loch’s 5-layer insulation, which includes a copper layer, the outside of your bottle will stay completely condensation-free so you’ll never have to worry about it sweating in your bag or leaving water rings on your desk.
For personalisation/co-branding, we laser engrave our products - this removes a layer of the coloured powder coating, revealing the stainless steel beneath. This means all logos will have the same metallic/silver appearance. Wedo not offer colour printingat this time.

Loch bottles are BPA-free, and provide a sustainable eco-friendly alternative to single-use plastic water bottles. Loch products are certified to meet all regulatory requirements by an independent and accredited testing facility.
Loch’s Vegan Leather Bottle straps are made of certified recycled plastic and sustainably sourced detailing.

Flip Straw Lid: Every Loch bottle comes with a leakproof patented flip straw lid that has been designed to fit all Loch design sizes and features an easy to carry rotating handle. The straw flips up when you’re ready to sip, (meaning no tipping and tilting of the bottle necessary) and back down when you’re done. It is also detachable, making it easy to clean. The bottle is dishwasher safe. The Flip Lid should be used with cold liquids only.
Twist Top Lid: If you’re after a sportier look, Loch’s easy-to-drink twist top allows you to drink right from the spout without removing the lid entirely. It offers high flow without the mess and is leak-proof when closed. CARE & CAUTION
Cleaning
Loch bottles should be cleaned regularly—we recommend washing your bottle with warm water and soap after every use and drying and storing it with the top off. Avoid submerging your bottle and cap in water for long periods of time, as this will interfere with the vacuum seal. After washing your Loch Bottle, we recommend that you dry your bottle by airing it out upside down and storing it with the lid off.
Loch bottles are NOT dishwasher safe! Running a Loch Bottle through the dishwasher can cause paint to chip and damage to the vacuum seal, making it ineffective.
Caution
Loch Bottle products should only be used for their intended purposes.
- Do not place your Loch Bottle in the microwave.
- Do not place your Loch Bottle in the freezer.
- Do not overfill; hot liquids can burn user.
- To prevent spills and leaking, the lid needs to be properly and fully tightened to ensure an airtight seal.
- Loch Bottles are not intended for the long-term storage of liquids.
- If using with carbonated beverages, never point the bottle at anyone when opening.

Personalization
We offer personalization to make your Loch Bottle fit your personal style. By clicking the Personalization option on our website, you can specify the name, initials, or word of your choice to be engraved on your Loch bottle. This engraving option is available for all Loch Bottle styles and sizes. Please note that at this time we do not offer color or printed personalization.
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of order.
All personalization costs 35 AED. This price will be added to the original listed price of the Loch Bottle upon checkout.
For engraving a name, there is a 10-character limit. For engraving initials, there is a 3-character limit.
All personalised Loch Bottle sales are Final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
POLICIES
Warranty Information:
Loch offers a one-year limited warranty on all bottles purchased from www.loch.life and authorized retailers with proof of purchase. For more information regarding authorized retailers please visit our authorised resellers. This warranty covers manufacturer defects, including thermal performance issues, a base detaching from the bottle, and non-polished surfaces. To report a claim, please send an email to info@loch.life with proof of purchase, reason for claim, and pictures of your bottle. Pictures should include a full-length photo of the front of the bottle, the bottom of the bottle and the claimed damage or defect area. Loch reserves the right to request the product to be sent to our office for thorough review and to verify your claim.
Loch will review all cases. In the event that Loch deems a replacement is necessary, we will replace the product with the same style and size. If that product is unavailable, the closest style will be sent as a replacement.
Loch’s one-year limited warranty does not cover any issues related to improper use, normal wear and tear, or loss and theft of the bottle.

Personalised Orders
During peak seasons, orders containing personalised items may experience a slower processing time and ship within up to 72 hours of receipt.

You may incur conversion fees from your bank. Rates will vary based on the individual bank and typically range from 1% to 3% of the total order.

Returns
If you have purchased or received a product directly from www.loch.life and would like to return it, a refund can be issued within 30 days of purchase.
